This Discovery Park residence features a refined custom lighting package designed to complement the home's clean modern architecture and high-end finishes. Our scope focused on layered lighting that improves both everyday function and the overall feel of the space.

We installed carefully placed recessed lighting, decorative pendant fixtures, and architectural accent lighting throughout the kitchen and bath. A standout feature is the custom LED detail work, including illuminated niche lighting in the shower for a seamless luxury finish.

Additional improvements included integrated toe-kick lighting in the kitchen to add depth, warmth, and a subtle floating effect to the cabinetry. These custom low-profile lighting elements were selected to enhance the home's visual lines while providing soft ambient illumination.

We also refined the lighting layout for better balance across task, accent, and general lighting zones, helping create a space that feels bright, intentional, and comfortable at every hour of the day.
